PUBLIC CONSULTATION NOTICE
The Lesotho Communications Authority informs the public and industry stakeholders that it has received an application from Voice of God Broadcasting FM for the renewal of its Private Sound Broadcasting Licence for a period of 15 years.
Acting in terms of Section 4 (j) of the Communications Act No. 4 of 2012, the Authority hereby invites comments from members of the public and industry stakeholders in respect of the application. A copy of the application for renewal is available for inspection at the LCA’s offices during working hours or may be downloaded from the LCA’s website at www.lca.org.ls
Interested parties are invited to submit their comments in writing, clearly indicating their support or opposition to the application, and providing reasons in support of their position. Submissions should include name and contact details of the person or organization submitting the comment.
